The "del Sole" apartments are two small seaside-style houses located just a few hundred meters from the sandy beach of Seccheto (400 m), a small seaside village between the beaches of Fetovaia and Cavoli, which are 2.3 km (30 minutes on foot) and 1 km (13 minutes on foot) away, respectively.
Very convenient for the beach but also for village life, the two apartments provide privacy and comfort. They are tastefully furnished and have a pergola equipped to enjoy the outdoor spaces.
A short drive away is the lively and touristy town of Marina di Campo, with a center full of bars, restaurants, and a promenade where you can stroll comfortably.

From the beach, you can reach the houses on foot by walking through the alleys and stairs of the village, elevated in a fresh and green position.

A bright apartment recently renovated, consisting of a modern kitchen with induction cooktops and a one-and-a-half-person sofa bed; a double bedroom with an armchair and a bathroom with a large shower and shower box. Outside, in addition to the small covered terrace available to guests, there is an outdoor work surface with a stove and sink.

Casa delle Mimose with two bathrooms is ideal for a maximum of 4 adults, or 3 adults with two children.
A refined apartment recently renovated, consisting of a marble kitchen with a gas stove and oven; a living area with a one-and-a-half-person sofa bed and TV. The sleeping area is located on the mezzanine and can be accessed via a comfortable wooden staircase, composed of a small room with a French bed and a mezzanine with two single beds on the floor, joined together. The main bathroom has a shower, WC, and bidet, and there is a service bathroom that retains the visible rock on which it was built. A large covered terrace is equipped for outdoor dining with a view of the surrounding valley.

Important Notes:

- Groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed.
- Private parking is available on request for a fee, 150 meters from the accommodation, at 6 € per day.
- We remind guests that only those who are properly registered may stay in the house, and the maximum occupancy limits for adults/children must be respected.
- Check-in is from 16:00 to 19:30, and check-out must be completed by 09:00. For check-in after 20:00, a supplement of €50 is charged.
- Pets are allowed with a cleaning supplement of €30.
- A deposit (mandatory) of €200 is required; it will be refunded at the end of the stay after inspecting the condition of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 15:00).
- Bed linen and towels: €20 per person (must be requested at the time of booking); not available on-site.
