The comfort of the apartment consists of the possibility to reach the beach of Marina di Campo and the town center in 5 minutes on foot, so those who wish may not use the car during the holiday.
The interiors, 65 sqm, have been renovated with good taste recently and are composed of a large living room with a well-equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed, from the living room leads to a terrace where you can eat outside; a double bedroom; a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The windows of the two rooms overlook the condominium areas.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check in is 21 years old (for group of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed, with a supplement of € 30 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
