Two-room apartment Casa Gaia - 3 + (1 Child) Sleeps
Apartment has parking space and consists of: a living room complete with kitchenette and bunk bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower.

Three-room apartment Casa Micol - 4 Beds
Apartment complete with parking space and outdoor patio, consists with a spacious living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and  bathroom with shower.

- From Sant'Andrea beach: 2 km - From Cotoncello beach: 2 km - From Patresi beach: 2.5 km - Fetovaia beach: 12 km - Cavoli beach: 16 km

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed
- rental for a maximum of 9 people
- animals allowed only small, with a surcharge on cleaning of 30 euro
- deposit (compulsory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash will not be returned before 3 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on the spot
- check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and check-out by 9:00 a.m.; for check-in after 8:00 p.m., an additional fee of €50.00 must be paid

Information regarding check-in is sent to the client 48 hours before arrival, for any needs you can contact our customer service at +39 0565963006. For the selected property normally the key pickup takes place at our offices in Portoferraio.
