You cannot help but love the view of the Gulf that this apartment offers, an incredible feeling of infinity, without however giving up the proximity of the sea.

Quiet location and at the same time quite busy in the summer, above all for its proximity to two of the best known beaches of the island, Fetovaia and Cavoli, but also for the fascinating wreck of the Elviscot, the cargo ship sunk in 1972 and stranded today on the seabed a few meters from the Pomonte beach. You will be 350 meters from the Pomonte beach, and 500 from the Relitto beach. At 3 km begin all the coves of golden sand of the Costa del Sole, such as Fetovaia, Seccheto and Cavoli, the furthest at 7 km.

First floor apartment with easy access of about 110 square meters. It consists of a large equipped kitchen with dining area and access to the balcony from where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the sea, living room with sofa and access to the balcony, sleeping area consisting of 3 large double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower cubicle.

- minimum age to check-in 21 years (aimed at groups of guys)
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of € 30.00 to be paid locally
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
