Thanks to its central location and wide range of services, it is one of the most popular seaside destinations. It’s perfect for families, especially with children, due to its gently sloping seabed. When southern winds blow, the gulf becomes a true paradise, with crystal-clear waters and golden sand.

Nearby, you can easily reach other beautiful spots on Elba, such as Campo all’Aia, Spartaia, La Guardiola, the Gulf of Biodola, and the Paolina islet.

Though small, the village is welcoming and lively, with a central square surrounded by cafés, ice cream shops, boutiques, and small stores. During the summer, a weekly market takes place offering local crafts, clothing, and Tuscan specialties. Local restaurants serve fresh seafood, Elban wines, and traditional Tuscan dishes. A cozy pub adds a bit of nightlife for younger visitors during the summer evenings.

This 40 sqm ground-floor apartment has a private entrance and is enclosed by a gate and fence. Inside, it offers a living area with a kitchen and sofa, a double bedroom, a single bedroom with a pull-out bed that converts into a French bed, and a bathroom with a window, large shower, and bidet. Outside, there’s a beautiful terraced garden where you can enjoy meals al fresco, complete with a work surface, outdoor sink, and a hot water shower. A private parking space is available right next to the property.

Important Notes:

• Groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed
• Rental allowed for a maximum of 3 adults, or 2 adults accompanied by 2 children
• Small pets allowed with an additional cleaning fee of €30
• Security deposit (mandatory): €200.00 – refunded at the end of the stay after property inspection (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM)
• Bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (must be requested at the time of booking – not available on site)
• Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM – Check-out by 9:00 AM; arrivals after 8:00 PM incur a €50.00 late check-in fee
