Our property is the perfect destination for those looking for a combination of relaxation, crystal clear sea and a charming pool for exclusive use, a unique experience for lovers of the sun and the sea.
Bagno beach welcomes you with its turquoise sea that gently kisses the shore. An enchanting environment, ideal for spending carefree days with your family or as a couple, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Island of Elba.
Here you will find a delightful pebble beach which is located just down the road from the house. It is a free beach without any type of service, usually quite quiet even in the busiest periods. From the property gate, cross the road and take the path (about 30m, 20m of long concrete steps and then about 20 steps), which goes down to the sea. The locality Il Bagno, where the apartments are located, is about 2.5 km from Marciana Marina, where you can find everything you need, shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc. as well as two beaches equipped with pebbles and small stones. Going in the opposite direction, however, you will find the Paolina beach about 2km away, a small equipped sandy beach with descent to the sea along a path, Spartaia about 2.5km away, and finally the Procchio beach about 3km away, a large sandy beach equipped, with parking and all services from jet skis to restaurants, etc. In Procchio you will also find some food shops, newsagent, restaurants etc.

The property is completely immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, in the silence of the coast where you can hear the sea crashing against the rocks and admire it from the upper floor of the house where a large terrace will offer you a unique panorama, especially at sunset.
The peculiarity of this villa which offers 10 beds is the fact that it is arranged on two completely independent floors (about 100 m2 each), almost twins in structure as for both you will have a kitchen, a large living area with a view garden on the ground floor or sea view on the first floor, two bedrooms, one double and one triple bedroom with en suite bathroom. A bathroom with tub and shower is added to each floor, making them 4 in total.
The paved swimming pool with outdoor shower and work area with sink is for exclusive use, surrounded by greenery and the scents of nature, with an area equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners on its side, a pleasure for the stomach and the eyes.

- a few steps from Bagno beach - from Paolina beach: 2 km - from Spartaia beach: 2.5 km - from Procchio beach: 3 km

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under the age of 28 are not admitted
- check-in from 4.30pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- SMALL pets allowed ONLY with a cleaning supplement of €30 (maximum 2 per booking)
- deposit (mandatory): 1000.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- extra change of bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- it is strictly forbidden, as in all our properties, to smoke inside them
