They are located a few steps from the center and the seafront of Marciana Marina, perfect for those who love a relaxing holiday and without using the car. A few steps from the beach in the center of the town, never too crowded. It is one of the most sought after and loved places on the Island of Elba, on the northern side in addition to a picturesque and very lively seafront, it offers two pebble beaches that with favorable winds become Caribbean landscapes. The town's small beach is sandy, and in summer it is full of sailing boats; in 2018 and 2019 both the tourist port and the Fenicia were awarded the Blue Flag.

It consists of a living area with large kitchen and sofa bed for one and a half, triple bedroom (double plus single bed), bathroom with shower and bidet. Space for eating outdoors.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- only small pets are allowed, with a supplement of € 30 for cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- in case of use of the external BBQ, it must be left clean after each use (for good neighborly rules), otherwise we will have to withhold 50 euros from the security deposit
