Comfortable four-room apartment with living room separated from kitchen, on the second floor of a small building on one of the main squares of the renowned village of Marciana Marina, among the most popular destinations on the island during the summer period, thanks to its lively atmosphere and breathtaking sunsets that offers. Marciana Marina satisfies everyone, from families with children thanks to the numerous services of its center and its small but comfortable sandy beaches with seabeds that slope gently after the tourist port, to food lovers thanks to the famous restaurants it boasts, to nature lovers being at the foot of Monte Capanne where numerous trekking paths start. A few steps from the pebble beaches of Feniccia and Feniccetta, intimate beaches characterized by pebbles smoothed by sea water.

Internally the apartment consists of a living area with sofas and smart TV, kitchen, two double bedrooms with single beds that can be joined together if necessary and a bathroom with bathtub. Balcony equipped with small coffee table and chairs.
Perfect location to reach the town center and its seafront in a few minutes on foot (5), quiet and which will guarantee you full rest compared to the more chaotic and noisy historic centre.

- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not admitted
- we remind customers that only regularly registered people can stay in the house
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- only small/medium sized pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros to be paid on site
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure via a self-service procedure check-in or in our offices located in Portoferraio where you can collect the rented bed and bathroom linen, unless you have given the right notice for delivery to the apartment.
