The apartment is in the heart of the town, on the seafront and close to the historic village of Cotone. Looking out you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Internally it offers a comfortable double bedroom, a living area with kitchen and double sofa bed with a splendid sea view, bathroom with shower.

- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed
- check-in in our offices from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out by 09:00; for check-in after 20:00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- animals not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 15:00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at the property via a self check-in procedure or in our offices located in Portoferraio where you can collect the rented bed and bathroom linen, unless you have given adequate notice for delivery to the apartment.
