- check-in at our agency from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; for check-in after 8:00 pm, a supplement of €30.00 must be paid
- deposit (mandatory): €150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- pets not allowed
- bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at the property via a self check-in procedure or in our offices located in Portoferraio where you can collect the rented bed linen and towels, unless you have given adequate notice for delivery to the apartment.
