In fact, for those who love to explore, it is the ideal place to rent a boat or to go diving. For nature lovers it offers many other possibilities in addition to the sea, in fact it rises on the sea, but also on the slopes of Monte Capanne immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, offering some of the most fascinating views of the island.

On the right we find a bedroom with 2 single beds and a second double bedroom with large wardrobe. Bathroom with shower box. From the bedroom and the kitchen there is access to two terraces. The house has private parking.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 21 years of age are not allowed
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a cleaning fee of € 30
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
