From the villa you can easily reach the legendary Innamorata beach on foot and in a few minutes by car the center of Capoliveri, a lively town with medieval features full of typical streets and squares with panoramic views of the gulf.
Ideal solution for lovers of the sea but also of outdoor activities such as trekking or e-bike excursions, exploring the numerous paths around.
Each apartment has a private outdoor area equipped with table and chairs.

Villa Innamorata 1 - 4/2 beds
Apartment on the top floor of the villa, consisting of a large attic lounge overlooking a terrace equipped with table, chairs and umbrella for eating outside. In the living room there are two sofas including a double bed, TV, table and kitchenette with fridge. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and a large bathroom with bidet and bathtub.

Villa Innamorata 2 - 4/2 beds
Bright apartment, with a large terrace with splendid sea view, equipped with a dining table with wicker chairs. From the living room you can enjoy the sea view, large and bright, it is composed of two sofas, one of which is a bed, TV, dining table and kitchenette with gas burners and oven. In the sleeping area a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. To complete the apartment a bathroom with shower.

Villa Innamorata  3 - 4/1
Apartment with large terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with dining table and sun loungers. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, dining table, TV, kitchenette with fridge and freezer and gas burners. In the sleeping area we find two bedrooms, one double and one twin and a bathroom with tub and shower.

Villa Innamorata 4 - 4/2
Apartment on the ground floor of the villa, it enjoys an enchanting sea view and an area equipped for eating outside, with table, chairs and umbrella. Inside we find a kitchen with access to the garden and dining table, fridge with freezer and gas burners. In the living room there is a second table, sofa bed and TV. In the sleeping area there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Sun loungers are available in the green shared garden.

Villa Innamorata 5 - 4/2
Apartment on the ground floor of the villa, with sea view and equipped external patio. Inside there is a large and bright living room with double sofa bed, dining table, kitchenette with gas burners, fridge with freezer and TV.
In the sleeping areas there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Sun loungers are available in the green shared garden.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check in is 21 years old
- check-in at the property from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small and medium sized pets allowed with a €30 cleaning fee
- deposit (mandatory): 100.00 euros in apartment 1
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros in apartment 2; 3; 4; 5;
refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
