It is divided into four independent units: a studio apartment, a dependency, a mobile home, and a two-room apartment. Here, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding hills and the sea. The area is highly appreciated by those who practice snorkeling, thanks to the crystal-clear waters and the variety of marine life. Naregno beach is just 300 meters away: a sandy beach with transparent waters and a gently sloping seabed, equipped with beach resorts, water sports facilities, bars, and restaurants, allowing you to spend a day at the beach without straying too far from the comforts. The city center is only 3 km away, and the area is well connected by a shuttle service.

Each apartment boasts exclusive outdoor space, an outdoor shower, a private BBQ, and a reserved parking space. Common services include a laundry area with two washing machines and large gardens with views of the gulf.

Dependency - 2 beds
Independent, with an area of approximately 25 sqm, it offers a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom. Exclusive terrace with gazebo, table and chairs, BBQ, and outdoor shower.

Studio Apartment - 2 beds
Bright, with an area of approximately 22 sqm, it offers a living room with a sofa bed for 2 and a bathroom. Outside, a large terrace with gazebo, table, chairs, BBQ, and sea view.

Two-Room Apartment - 2/5 beds
Consists of a living area with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom with an armchair bed (ideal for a child), a bathroom, and an outdoor space with a gazebo, table, chairs, BBQ, and outdoor shower. Double terrace. This unit has an independent gate from the rest of the villa with a related parking space.

Mobile Home - 4 beds
Independent, with an area of approximately 30 sqm, it consists of two small rooms with a double bed and a 2-person sofa bed, a living area with a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Exclusive terrace with gazebo, table, chairs, BBQ, and relaxation area with sea view.

Important Notes:

- Groups of young people under 21 years old are not allowed.
 If the external BBQ is used, it must be left clean after every use (for good neighborly practices); otherwise, we will have to withhold €50 from the security deposit.
 Check-in from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out by 09:00; for check-ins after 20:00, a €50 supplement will be charged.
- Pets allowed with a €30 cleaning supplement.
- As in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside.
- Security deposit (mandatory): €150; refunded at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 15:00).
- Bed and bath linen: €20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not available for booking on-site.
