They offer many comforts being part of a villa. The property is immersed in a pine forest which guarantees a sheltered and fresh position (being a very windy area). Each apartment has an exclusive outdoor space equipped for eating, while the courtyard and the garden on the ground floor are common areas.
The location is idyllic, central to the two wonderful sandy coves of Lido and Calanchiole, where you can choose whether to spend an afternoon in one of the most equipped and popular beaches on the side, or take refuge in a wilder and more exclusive lateral cove. The area is immersed in greenery that will guarantee you peace and relaxation, far from the noise of the chaos of the city. A slow pace, of the sea, where you can fully enjoy the moments of rest you need. We remind you that the Capoliverese coastal side is the largest of the islands, and offers solutions for all tastes, as well as a very lively and refined center, rich in tradition, events, clubs and restaurants just a few km away.

The three-room apartment has a floor area of ​​approximately 75 square meters plus outdoor areas and can accommodate up to 6 adults + child in a camp bed on request at least 7 days in advance, and consists of a living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, double bathroom.

Trilo Piano Terra - 5 beds
Located on the ground floor, consisting of a living area with single sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Two-room apartment 2/3 beds
Located on the ground floor, consisting of a living area with single sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Shared with the other apartments is a gazebo area where there is also a BBQ and a washing machine.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small/medium-sized pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of € 30, to be confirmed in advance at the time of booking
- deposit (mandatory): € 200.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
