Rustic apartment located in the historic center of the town in a pedestrian area, which embodies the authentic spirit of the Island of Elba, offering you a unique and unforgettable lifestyle. It is the perfect place for those looking for an unconventional living experience, a place that reflects the lively soul of the pulsating historic center where it is located. Capoliveri represents history, culture, folklore and sea at the same time. The beaches are not within walking distance, but within a 5 km radius you have a number of coves and beaches that it will become really difficult to choose where to go.

Our apartment is arranged on several levels and is furnished in a rustic style, it is a ground/roof with independent entrance. You will have a large kitchen with dining area and single sofa bed, while on the upper floor the sleeping area is divided by a double bedroom, a single bedroom without window, and a bathroom with shower and bidet.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not admitted
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- only small pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros to be paid on site
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio or Mola, based on opening periods.
