Incredible apartment with terrace on the historic roofs of Capoliveri, with the Gulf opening onto the horizon and all the lively alleys of the center just a few steps away  

The historic center offers a fascinating and authentic setting, enriched by the proximity to the sea and all the amenities that the city has to offer, considering that in addition to its picturesque village, Capoliveri is the municipality that boasts the richest coastal stretch of the island.The historic center of Capoliveri is pedestrianised.

The house is located in a bright, sun-kissed position.
The strong point of the structure is certainly its equipped terrace: imagine sipping your morning coffee or savoring an aperitif, while admiring the sea stretching to the horizon and the lively rhythms of the ancient city. You will be 2.5 km from Naregno beach and 3 km from Morcone beach and the coves of Barabarca and Zuccale. The beach of Lido di Capoliveri, the most famous thanks to its numerous services, is only 5 km away by car.

Our small apartment is tastefully furnished with a rustic style, is located on the first floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette and single + single drawer sofa bed, bathroom with shower cubicle and bidet and double bedroom. Large equipped terrace with sea view.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not admitted
- Maximum 3 adults or 2 adults accompanied by 2 children under 12 years old
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- only small pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros to be paid on site
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
