Lovely residence on the Gulf of Capo Stella, between Lacona and Norsi, one of the most panoramic and suggestive stretches of coast on the island. A quiet area immersed in the lush nature of a timeless, uncontaminated place.

We offer our guests three charming two-room apartments inside the Residence i Due Golfi, in the heart of the slope that goes from Lacona to Norsi. The garden features palm trees and large green areas dedicated to common areas, including outdoor children's games, outdoor showers and BBQ. A peaceful setting in a coastal setting immersed in the surrounding Mediterranean vegetation. Golfo Stella is a splendid bay located near the town of Capoliveri, on the eastern coast of the island. This picturesque area is known for its crystal clear waters, sandy and pebble beaches, and its panoramic landscapes. It is an idyllic destination for tourists who love swimming, sunbathing and water activities such as snorkeling and sailing. The nearby hamlet of Lacona, although not a true town center, offers a small promenade with seaside bars, music, and stalls. The closest beach is Margidore (which can be reached via a path that cuts straight ahead as the crow flies) and is 500 meters away. Lacona and Norsi can be reached by car, in about 2/2.5 km.

The apartments are all two-room apartments, two on the first floor and one on the ground floor. Those on the first floor accommodate a maximum of 4 people, while the ground floor can accommodate 5 people. They all have a kitchen with dining room, single sofa bed + single pull-out bed, double bedroom (on the ground floor there is also a 3rd bed in the bedroom), and bathroom with shower and bidet. The apartments on the first floor offer a terrace with sea view, while the ground floor has an equipped porch with direct access to the garden. Among the shared external services we have a BBQ area, a children's play area, an outdoor shower and a washing machine for shared use.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 are not allowed
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 8:00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small/medium sized pets are allowed with a supplement of €30.00 for cleaning, on request
- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
- deposit (mandatory): 150 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels provided by the property: 15.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- The BBQ, if used, must be left clean after use
