We are in Capoliveri, an enchanting place with mysteries. We offer a bright apartment with an industrial touch, from which you can admire the Capoliverese panorama and its sunsets on the islands of Montecristo, Pianosa and Corsica. You will fully experience the atmosphere of the lively center of the small village, which, perched in a hilly position, with its narrow streets full of shops and small restaurants, still retains the atmosphere of the past and the convenience of all services. Let's not forget that it offers the longest coastal stretch of the island, with its equipped beaches and its wild coves. You are only 1.5 km from the wonderful little beach of Madonna delle Grazie, 3 km from the side of Straccoligno and Capo perla, 3/4 km from that of Morcone and Innamorata. The location of the house is ideal for mountain biking and hiking enthusiasts, being 2 steps from Monte Calamita and its famous trails.

The structure is bike friendly, you can bring your bikes inside the accommodation, being an apartment on the first floor.

This two-room apartment has a triple bedroom, a living area with a queen-size sofa bed and a dining area, with wonderful windows overlooking the city that surround it, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (for group of guys)
- the rental must be for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children under 12
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
