This Villa surrounded by greenery is a few hundred meters (400) from the picturesque center of Capoliveri. Its slightly hilly position allows it to enjoy a view with the sea in the background, away from the chaos of the center which is very lively in summer. It is accessed through a large piece of land, closed by a private gate, where you can leave your cars in a comfortable way. You can choose the solution that you like best, considering that they all have a large outdoor area for exclusive use, to guarantee you a holiday in absolute relaxation.

The smallest is the one bed-room apartment La Balconata, which sleeps 2
Apartment on the first floor, consists of a small living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, equipped outdoor area and large terrace for exclusive use equipped for outdoor dining.

We offer a second one bed-room apartment, sleeping 2/4, Altana
Apartment on the first floor comprising living room with kitchenette and two single sofa beds, double bedroom, bathroom with shower without bidet and large veranda terrace equipped for eating.

and a two bed-room apartment with 5 beds, the Il Poggiolo apartment
Ground floor apartment comprising living room with kitchenette and sofa, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, bathroom with shower and large patio equipped for eating outside.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (aimed at groups of guys, family welcome)
- pets allowed, with a supplement of 30.00 euros per animal
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
