The coastline of Capoliveri, stretching along the southeastern side of the island, offers landscapes ranging from quiet bays to high cliffs, from sandy coves to turquoise waters. The town is also famous for its lively summer atmosphere, with festivals, local markets, and typical island cuisine.

The Legend Cup, a popular annual event, is one of the many opportunities for cycling enthusiasts. Capoliveri, once a mining town, is now a tourist destination also thanks to its rich cultural heritage and numerous hiking trails, both for trekking lovers and those who prefer biking, with plenty of E-bike rentals available.

It is a 70 sqm apartment and boasts a private parking space just 5 meters from the property and a balcony with a side sea view. The spacious bathroom features a bidet, toilet, and shower. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: a triple room and a double room with a slight sea view, both equipped with air conditioning. Adjacent to the kitchen is a bright dining room and a laundry room with a washing machine. The kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and gas burners. To the left of the entrance, you’ll find a living area with a sofa, smart TV, and Wi-Fi. The property has recently been renovated and is located on the raised ground floor with modern and comfortable furnishings.

- Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM; a €50.00 surcharge applies for check-ins after 8:00 PM
- Small pets are allowed with a €30 cleaning surcharge
- Security deposit (mandatory): €200.00, refundable at the end of the stay after inspecting the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM)
- Bed and bath linens: €20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not available for booking on-site
