Complete structure at 360 degrees, as it offers the comforts of an independent apartment, including a BBQ, surrounding gardens and an equipped outdoor area, without sacrificing the brightness and ventilation of an apartment on the first floor. It is located in a small family building, which guarantees absolute silence and relaxation.

You will be 400 meters from the Lido di Capoliveri beach, a fairly comfortable and flat access. The name is a guarantee, a lido par excellence, among the best known and most appreciated sandy beaches on the Island of Elba, for its almost 500-metre-long beach, its numerous services and the gently sloping seabed. It consists of fine sand, slightly darker than the granite slope of Portoferraio, golden, which with the mistral wind turns into an open-air swimming pool. It is bordered by two rocky spurs and is surrounded by thick Mediterranean vegetation. On the left side of the beach, the small cove of Calanchiole, a paradise for lovers of tranquillity.

Three-room apartment on the first floor comprising living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Small terrace and garden equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 21 years of age are not permitted
- rental for a maximum of 5 adults or 4 adults accompanied by two children
- check-in from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; fee for late check-in after 8.00 pm € 50.00 
- pets not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site

Information on key collection:
Check-in information will be sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival. If necessary you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. Key collection usually takes place at the property. If this is not possible on site, we will ask customers to collect the keys in our offices either in Mola or Portoferraio.
