Nice sea view apartments just 800 meters from the Innamorata beach, with parking spaces in the center of Capoliveri and close to the beach

The property is a beautiful villa divided into different housing solutions, in a predominant position about 800 meters from the sea, overlooking the enchanting Gulf of the "Innamorata Beach", famous for its legend of love and pirates (every year on July 14th there is the traditional historical re-enactment of the legend of the lover). From the house you can admire the islands of "Corsica" and "Montecristo".

Surrounded by greenery and flowers,  here you will find 6 covered parking spaces. A few meters from the beach there are an additional 4 parking spaces available to customers. Additional private parking in Capoliveri in the center always for our customers with 5 parking spaces (on avaibility).

APARTMENTS

Three-room apartment Number 1: large outdoor space, (up to 6 beds) with double entrance; composed of: kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom.

Two-room apartment Number 2: (up to 4 beds + 1), with livable outdoor veranda; composed of kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed and single sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom.

Two-room apartment Number 3:  (up to 4 beds + 1), with livable outdoor veranda; composed of kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed and single sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom.

Three-room apartment Number 4: (up to 6 beds) with livable outdoor veranda; composed of kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, service with forced extraction.

Two-room apartment Number 5: (up to 4 beds), with outdoor veranda; composed of a kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom.

Studio Number 6: (up to 2 beds) composed of a double sofa bed, living room with oven, service and large outdoor area.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- 2 shared barbecues, covered parking spaces, ping-pong area, large sunny garden and sea view, sunbeds and deckchairs
- a few meters from the Innamorata beach there are a further 4 parking spaces available to customers
- additional private parking in Capoliveri center always for our customers with 5 parking spaces
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (aimed at groups of guys)
- the road to reach the property is a dirt road
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- only small pets allowed, medium size on request, with a cleaning supplement of € 30
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
