Sea and nature, a few km from the center of Capoliveri, all within reach of this well-equipped villa a few steps from the Innamorata beach. The property has been renovated maintaining the charm of a cottage perfectly in tune with the surrounding environment, on the coast, without having to give up modern equipment. It is not only the well-kept interiors that make this property unique, but its exclusive and fenced outdoor spaces will provide the backdrop for a holiday of comfort and relaxation: equipped courtyard, 2 private parking spaces, 120 m2 field perfect for storing equipment when returning from the sea or to be used as boat trailer by those who experience the sea at 360°, a slip and an external shower both equipped with hot water. The coast of Capoliveri is among the most varied on the island characterized by crystal clear water, services, and environments surrounded by the greenery of the lush Mediterranean scrub. Within a radius of 6 km it is possible to reach 7 important seaside resorts (the most famous being Pareti at 800 m and Morcone at 2 km) as well as many intimate coves with sandy seabeds such as Barabarca, Zuccale and Gli Stecchi. 

Internally it offers two comfortable double bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large living room with kitchen equipped with dishwasher and microwave, as well as a single sofa bed and TV. Each window is equipped with a mosquito net and each room is air conditioned. 

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 23 years of age are not admitted
- if used, the BBQ must be left clean by guests (including charcoal) after each use and care must be taken to ensure that it is always well turned off
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of €30.00 (maximum 2 animals)
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
