Important Information
- Groups or couples under 21 years of age are not permitted
- All guests must be registered, even if they are only staying briefly (less than an hour). Please inform us in advance of any visitors, even if they do not stay overnight
- Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM at our office
- Check-out: by 9:00 AM
- Late check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an extra fee of €50.00
- Pets are not allowed
- Security deposit (mandatory): €200.00, refundable at the end of the stay after the apartment has been inspected (if paid in cash, the refund will not be issued before 3:00 PM)
Bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (must be requested at the time of booking; not available for booking upon arrival)
