Well furnished, it is completely independent and fenced, internally it offers 26 square meters in total and has a living room with kitchenette and sofa. Bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms both in the mezzanine which can be reached via a staircase with alternating feet, one double and one twin (with suspended bed). Outside, exclusive space for outdoor dining with a table for two people. Green and silent area, perfect for relaxing body and soul.

Important information:
- groups of Young People under the age of 21 are not permitted
- pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros
- deposit (mandatory): 150 euros to be paid by credit card, in the event that payment is made in cash, the refund of the deposit cannot be made before 3.00 pm on the day of departure; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property
- bed linen and towels: 20 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in: from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm; for check-in after 8.30 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- check-out: by 9.00 am
