Located on the first floor of one of the historic buildings in the center, it enjoys a very convenient location for all services and close to the beaches. It consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with a double sofa bed, a large living room with a small terrace overlooking the seafront, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

Four-room apartment with 4 beds on the 3rd floor (rental for up to 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children)
Large third floor apartment on the Portoferraio seafront. Consisting of double bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined together, large living room with double sofa bed, equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. No balcony

- in the center; splendid sea view on the dock of Portoferraio

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check in is 21 years old (family welcome)
- In the four-room apartment on the 3rd floor, the rental must be for a maximum of 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults
- check-in in our Office from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a supplement of € 30 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio. Travelers on foot are asked to inform our staff so that we can organize an easier key collection.
